1Subscription Plans

Jotlee may offer:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions
  • One-time purchase plans
  • Promotional or discounted plans

Plan details will be displayed at the time of purchase.


2Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing (if applicable).

3Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via their account settings.

Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be made.

4Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of AI-generated services:

All payments are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors preventing service access
  • Billing mistakes

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment to: support@jotlee.ai

Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Orbis Intelligence Private Limited.


5Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

  • Users may cancel before trial ends to avoid charges.
  • Failure to cancel may result in automatic billing.

6Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified before changes take effect.


7Chargebacks

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of account
  • Permanent ban from the platform
